Batteries Not Made In China
Batteries are fairly cheap. All manufactures make batteries all over the world. Some companies are completely unpredictable. For instance Duracell batteries can be made in US or China or other countries and it is really complete luck which batch you get. However some companies are failry consistant.

Energizer
Energizer is one of the largest battery companies. For American and European markets, most of their batteries are made in USA or Singapore. They do have some factories in China, but it is super rare to see them on the shelves in US or Europe.
Rayovac
Rayovac was recently purchased by Energizer. However, it is an american company making its batteries in the US. It is one of the oldest battery companies in the world.
